- Use the Capital Hilton’s dedicated reservation webpage as detailed below to schedule your hotel room reservations.
- If you schedule your room reservations at the Capital Hilton by other than the dedicated webpage, inform the Capital Hilton that you are with the IECEx meetings.

We have been advised by the US host that the room block at the Capital Hilton is filling up, and it is recommended that delegates wishing to make a reservation do so as soon as possible. Should you wish to book for days outside the room block, or for a day that the room block has already been filled, we are advise that you should call the hotel directly at <+1.202.393.1000>, press “0” for the in-house operator, the in-house operator will then connect you to reservations, then use the Group name “NEMA/IECEX”.
