for use by IECEx Accepted Certification
Bodies and Ex Test Laboratories
They are available for download in MS Word format. Minor variations
in pagination may occur due to MS Word reformatting for your local
printer.
has resulted in changes to some terminology, “IECEx Accepted
Certification Bodies (ACBs)” are now called “IECEx Certification
Bodies (ExCBs)” and “IECEx Assessment and Test Report
(ATR)” are now called “IECEx Test Report (ExTR)”.
As new versions of the ExTRs become available the terminology will
be changed accordingly.

the ExCB giving the final approval, or compiled by the ExCB
without the involvement of the ExTL. It is to serve as the

single ExTR document or multiple ExTR documents. This ExTR
Cover is to be completed and attached to the completed ExTR
package.

This
ExTR Addendum is to be compiled and reviewed by the ExTL.
The Addendum is to supplement an already issued Ex Test
Report and is to be accompanied by a single ExTR Cover
Sheet, which is to be approved by the ExCB. Only those
clauses applicable to the supplemental issue being addressed
are to be tabulated and remarked upon as part of this
document. ExTR Report of National Differences may also
supplement this ExTR Addendum. |
